RESPONSIBILITY - SA 8000

Social responsibility policies
The greatest resource of a company are the people. For this, we have decided to adopt and apply a system of management of coherent social responsibility with form SA8000.

Polline Srl therefore engages to respect the applicable national laws, and eventually all other regional/international laws in vigor with reference listed in form SA8000

In Particular :
  • Child Employment; to agree not to employ minors in the production or manufacture of products where minor employment means that of persons inferior to age 15.
  • Compulsory Employment; to agree not to employ non-voluntary staff or those who endure legal restrictions that cut off the freedom of work obligation.
  • Health and Emergencey on the job: guarantee to the employee an atmosphere of stabililty, calmness and safety control for the protection from materials and situations that can cause risk in compliance with enforced norms in this matter
  • Freedom of Association and Right of collective negotiations; guarantee to the workers the freedom to be associated if they wish it and of being able to negotiate publically and according to the law without fear of interferences or restrictions
  • Discrimination; agreement to employ based on working abilities guaranteeing equal opportunites and without any differential treatment to any persons related to religion, race, creed, political or spiritual identities.
  • Disciplinary procedures; the treatment of all workers to be done with dignity and respect following closely the process for each type of disciplinary code
  • Working hours; the working hours applied is that which is approved by the CCNL Showing a stable and respectable level, overtime will be paid accordingly and always each employee will have at least the seventh day of rest.
  • Retributive Criteria; guaranteed retribution working proposal that conforms to all the local laws in vigor with these proposals including those that determine the minimum wage

2) Continuous Improvement
Giving continuity to how much is already applied with ISO9001 polline sril has agreed to increase the effectiveness and the efficiency of business arrangements in the context of the social responsibility of the enterprise thanks to the optimization of all the developed actions.

3) Documentation and distribution
All such policies are constantly monitored, put into effect and implemented. It is distributed and accessable to reach all staff, panels to inform each person of the actions and information of all operations.

The social responsibility policies of Polline Srl are also to be held accountable to each of the stakeholders of the company:

  • Consumer Policies
    To construct a long lasting relationship of confidence based on a product with remarkable standards between quality/price and a contained effort of image thanks to the continuous engagement in the verification of the materials and the optimization of working phases to control to get along well with packaging research and development of proposed new fashion.
  • Agent Policies
    The creation of a timely, profitable and satisfactory partnership throughout the understanding of the mutual requirements along with supply not only of products but also of services of high value where the human relationship is the strongest element for a long period.
  • Employee Policies
    Contribution, creating synergy with each employee in order to affirm a positive work climate that is open dynamic and transparent.
  • Business, Distributors and Agent Policies
    Guarantee respect of partnership agreements and logical incentives of foundations for work.
  • Community Policies
    Adhesion to participation and plans of a social nature with donations and organized support to ONLUS (dedication in particular to the mother and the child in difficulty) or also the CARITAS organization; Also, to contribute and strengthen the tie between (schools and university) promoting internship training and networking
